What do we offer?

Our clinic offers treatment for a large range of spinal, muscle, skeletal and peripheral joint problems.

Whether you suffer from acute discomfort that resolves quickly (like headaches), on-going pain and syndromes (like Carpal Tunnel), or you have an unexpected impact or sports injury, persistent complaints including low back pain, or an illness that requires ongoing management like arthritis - or you need to organise pre and post-operative care, we can provide you with the help you need.

Patients are often sent to us by a specialist after having medical imaging (an X-ray/MRI), or for rehabilitation after surgery (like a total knee replacement). Or, patients find us themselves when they feel they need treatment for an issue they think they don’t want to bother the doctor with.

Everyone is welcome.

Our ambition is to optimise your physical and mental well-being during injury recovery. We encourage you to build an educated approach to achieve balanced musculoskeletal health for yourself.

At our clinic, we have short waiting times for face-to-face care, hands-on treatment and an exercise plan. Just contact us to find out more and feel free to ask us any questions!

People and planet, before profit

At Turra Physio Therapy, our mission is to get you back to where you want to be - fully functioning and pain free. We apply the same holistic approach to our business, as we do to our clients and we endeavour to put people and planet before profit.

We are dedicated to improving your quality of life by alleviating your pain and dysfunction, and we do this at the expense of our ethical and environmental credentials - so it is important to us that we work with the best and most sustainable brands. You can read more about that here

If you visit us we can provide a clear diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation for all your musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions and injuries to give you a positive outcome.

We take a dynamic and modern evidence-based approach to everything we do, regardless of whether you’re an elite performance athlete, a non-exercising individual or anything in-between.  â€‹

We are honest about the results that you can expect and up-front about the costs. With that in mind, for our physiotherapy appointments, we charge one flat rate of £75 for an initial one hour consultation and £60 for a follow up appointment. It  is important to us that you leave our therapy rooms feeling well looked after and having received the care and attention you deserve.
