Service Description

For further information please read our terms and conditions and call if there is anything you wish to discuss. Clinic based Occupational Health Initial Assessment is £170. Includes a 1-hour clinic assessment and 1-hours documentation time to produce a full report with an executive summary and recommendations. Please note that Clinic based Occupational Health follow-ups are £90. Including up to 1-hour long face to face appointments to review and provide appropriate treatment and subsequent specialist documentation. Rates for work place visits are listed in the Terms and Conditions and we have to allow for travel mileage depending on where you are, so its best to call to make this type of appointment Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy Payment for all Occupational Health appointments are requested on receipt of invoice prior to the scheduled appointment. Payments can be made using the payment button powered by Square or details available to complete a BACS payment. Any additional administration charges or telephone consultations required will be confirmed and agreed prior to completion and invoicing.

Our 24 hour Cancellation Policy applies to all Occupational Health Appointments If you/your client need to cancel / re-arrange any appointments, please give us a minimum 24hrs notice. You can contact us to re-arrange an appointment by telephone (07354 471470) or by email (hello@turraphysio.co.uk). Out of normal working hours there is an answerphone for you to leave a message. We are aware that due to the nature of our service some individuals will have to cancel with short notice, however we must treat all clients the same and with less than 24-hours-notice we are unlikely to fill that appointment slot. Therefore, failure to provide 24 hours-notice of a cancellation for any reason will incur a late cancellation charge for full the cost of the appointment – cost of the Occupational Health appointment and, if a work base visit, the travel time, as in the fees above. Clinic Appointments If you/your client are late for your scheduled appointment your time allocation will be impacted. If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment it may be necessary to book a further appointment to complete your initial assessment or planned treatment session. You will be charged for the session booked (see Cancellation Policy). This is to ensure that you receive a comprehensive and effective intervention and service.
